They were beyond rude to me and completely unwilling to help me out in a hard situation I was in! I got a contact lense exam in october and did not have the money to order contact until now and when i tried to got denied then was told i had to go back to have the contacts checked, i was told that but was in the process of moving at the time of my exam and didnt get to go back before i moved. so i called to see what could be done so i could get my contact since i paid for the exam in full, the doctor did see the contacts in my eyes and i have been wearing the same brand of contacts for over six years!!!! they were very rude to me and said that i had to come in for the doctors to check the contacts i explained that i now live over three hours away and that that is next to impossible for me to do, they said there was nothing else for them to do for me so i then requested a refund since i could not get a prescription they refused completely...the only thing i can do in order to not lose the over 80 dollars i spent on an exam is drive over three hours with two kids under three to have the doctors look at the contacts in my eyes for all of a minute to get a prescription!!! if i was brand new to the contacts i could see wanting to see them so badly but i have been wearing the same contacts for over six years no changes what so ever i have never heard of such insanity i am irate but have no choice in the matter other wise i loose out on the money i spent that i do not have to spend again, let alone all the money i have to spend in gas just to get there!!! I am outragged and cannot believe how rude they were to me on the phone and how unwilling they were to do anything for me! and the glasses that i got from them are falling apart and they are less than a year old!!
