They were beyond rude to me and completely unwilling to help me out in a hard situation I was in! I got a contact lense exam in october and did not have the money to order contact until now and when i tried to got denied then was told i had to go back to have the contacts checked, i was told that but was in the process of moving at the time of my exam and didnt get to go back before i moved. so i called to see what could be done so i could get my contact since i paid for the exam in full, the doctor did see the contacts in my eyes and i have been wearing the same brand of contacts for over six years!!!! they were very rude to me and said that i had to come in for the doctors to check the contacts i explained that i now live over three hours away and that that is next to impossible for me to do, they said there was nothing else for them to do for me so i then requested a refund since i could not get a prescription they refused completely...the only thing i can do in order to not lose the over 80 dollars i spent on an exam is drive over three hours with two kids under three to have the doctors look at the contacts in my eyes for all of a minute to get a prescription!!! if i was brand new to the contacts i could see wanting to see them so badly but i have been wearing the same contacts for over six years no changes what so ever i have never heard of such insanity i am irate but have no choice in the matter other wise i loose out on the money i spent that i do not have to spend again, let alone all the money i have to spend in gas just to get there!!! I am outragged and cannot believe how rude they were to me on the phone and how unwilling they were to do anything for me! and the glasses that i got from them are falling apart and they are less than a year old!! more

East Fishkill Eye Associates is very easy to locate, and is right across from the big CVS plaza and next to the big A&P and Saint Columba Church. I have come here since I was a young girl, and the people that work there are superbly friendly, and they learn your name so even when you walk in without calling, they'll address you by name, which is nice. There is a wide, wide selection of Glasses, ranging from Disney to Prada. Also, the environment feels very clean, and there's a nice little corner where you can leave your son or daughter to play while you are having your appointment. more
