Tom R. was my service technician today. Tom analyzed my water heater situation and asked me what I would like to do. He gave me several options to choose from...from repair to replacement with warranty options to service plan options. He addressed them all but ultimately let me make the decision that was right for me. I decided to go with a new water heater. Tom was able to install it right away, today! Tom did a very nice job of installing, he made improvements along the way including a water pan and pipe to my drain. Tom was careful not to damage my floors, etc., very conscientious! Tom is very knowledgeable. Tom also pointed out to me the basic things I should know about my new water heater. On top of everything, Tom was a lot of fun to work with!! A very nice person to have come into my home!! I wish him the best! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
