I went to Stereo King two years ago to get a minor repair to a stereo connection. Service was good. The person helping me even went on Amazon to research the part and said to order it from Amazon and bring it in to be replaced which would save money. When the stereo quit working, I went back and didn't receive the same service. The tech looked at the stereo for about 3 minutes and came back and said it was dead and showed me some new stereos. I asked questions that he couldn't answer, and then he told me it would be four days before they could install it....even though there were no customers in the store and two employees sitting behind the counter talking. I went to the competitor down the street and got a great deal on the same stereo and had it installed within two hours. more
