Stereo King

I went to Stereo King two years ago to get a minor repair to a stereo connection. Service was good. The person helping me even went on Amazon to research the part and said to order it from Amazon and bring it in to be replaced which would save money. When the stereo quit working, I went back and didn't receive the same service. The tech looked at the stereo for about 3 minutes and came back and said it was dead and showed me some new stereos. I asked questions that he couldn't answer, and then he told me it would be four days before they could install it....even though there were no customers in the store and two employees sitting behind the counter talking. I went to the competitor down the street and got a great deal on the same stereo and had it installed within two hours. more

I bought some basic kenwood 12" subs, amp and a box. It was the best deal around and it actually beats pretty hard for my civic. I was so pleased the next day I came back and brought them donuts as a thank you gift!!! ...and hopefully the donuts will get me another great deal when I need a new deck. and I went down to outrageous ...now I know why its called outrageous. more

I purchased a viper 5700 from Ted and installed it myself. I couldn't get the programming to work properly, after a phone call, Teddy told me to bring it in. They quickly figured out the brain had a problem, replaced it, and programmed it for me. Thanks guys, Brett K. :0) more

Stereo King offered us excellent service, selection, and they offer to beat their competitions prices. We went and had a keyless entry system installed, and they had it done in just over an hour. The staff was friendly and offered great logical advice. They weren't pushy which is a turn off. I'll be back. more
