Josh was my technician and was thorough and very mannerly. Although it turns out that there was nothing wrong with my unit, he suggested an alternative to the unit I have. I am following through with his suggestions. I would like having Josh to return if there is a time when I need a technician.
I would certainly and have recommend Northside to other people. I appreciate have a Christian business serving my home needs. As a widow and a senior citizen, it is such a relief to know that I won't be cheated or overcharged for services. That is a huge relief for me.
