Plumbing 12/13/2016

I needed to have my hot water heater flushed and took advantage of Northside's plumbing inspection that came with the package special. Jason arrived on time. He was personable. He was clear and articulate as he thoroughly checked everything and explained my options. As a result of the inspection, I could see that I also needed work on one of the bathroom toilets. The work was completed as we agreed - and then some. He made a quick faucet adjustment at no charge - that only took a couple of minutes, but stopped a small, but irritating leak in one of the bathroom sinks. He also tightened the kitchen faucet so it didn't wobble. This is an example of the nice little extras that make it a pleasure to do business with Northside. more

No More Leaky Sink 11/29/2016

Pleasant experience from start to finish. Price was reasonable and service was fast. After a big holiday weekend we had expected to have to wait a few days for service. They were out the day after we called. Very pleased with the quality of work and Jason went above and beyond what he had to do. We will definitely use this company again. more

Zack Anderson was the tech who came to service my new AC. He was very pleasant, professional. Been a cust of Northside since 2003 and his service was consistant with excellent service from 2003. more

Donna Fischbach's experience with Northside Services 11/19/2014

Josh was my technician and was thorough and very mannerly. Although it turns out that there was nothing wrong with my unit, he suggested an alternative to the unit I have. I am following through with his suggestions. I would like having Josh to return if there is a time when I need a technician. I would certainly and have recommend Northside to other people. I appreciate have a Christian business serving my home needs. As a widow and a senior citizen, it is such a relief to know that I won't be cheated or overcharged for services. That is a huge relief for me. more

Excellent service 8/14/2014

I have never been disappointed in the staff at Northside Services. Today was no exception. A young man named Christian took care of an air conditioning problem with courtesy, professionalism and took the time to field my questions about the problem, explaining them patiently in terms I could understand. This young man is as good as I've seen in this business, representing himself and his company extremely well, not to mention the high standards set by Northside Services and written on their trucks. Nice work, Christian. more

AC Maintenance 7/5/2014

Matthew came out to our house,on time, and informed me about what he was going to do for my AC maintenance and then proceeded to do the work. He was professional and completed his work in a timely manner plus he left no mess for cleanup later. more

Matthew arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. Upon completion of his inspection he informed us of what he found. He explained our options, costs and how much time we would have till the repairs might be needed. Matthew would be the technician I would like to have in any further A/C repairs that might be needed. more

Matthew was prompt, started right away. Upon completion of his inspection and service he informed us on some things we needed to be aware of later on. No high pressure, no scare tatics, just good information that we will need later on. I would not hesitate to call Northside again. When I call I want Matthew as my technician again. more

Lebron 3/27/2014
