Chris Leon did the following: 1) Called 15 minutes before arriving 2) Provided a completely accurate, fair priced estimate 3) Worked safely and with minimal mess (on a DIRTY job!) 4) Was cordial and informative during the whole process 5) Finished relatively quickly unplugging a nasty blockage 6) Explained how to avoid this problem again by selling us a "plumbing safe" drain cleaner product and 7) Cleaned up and left after only about an hour on the job. I'd welcome him back the next time we have plumbing problems.
