We've had an issue with our 22 yr old furnace and ac since we moved here in 2013. Decided to finally replace it only after our furnace quit working in the middle of a very chilly night. Called KB first thing in the morning. Michael and the whole KB team was very helpful in getting us a new furnace that day especially since they saw we have a 16 month old. ELECTRICIAN 1/22/2015

Dominic and Jim came to my house yesterday to do some electrical work - they did an outstanding job. they answered any questions i had, and gave me valuable insight to my existing electrical system - such as it is - very old house. they were even considerate of my blind cat, that i tried to keep out of their way!!!!!!! any animal lover would appreciate that! i felt the price was fair, and they got to me very quickly, which was also appreciated. another thought, tho Lance didn't actually do the work, he stopped by, as well. we talked about various things, and i'm VERY impressed with him. there is no doubt that i'll call on these guys next time i have any issues, or simple questions, for that matter. all three were fantastic. more

Bill L - Plumber and HVAC 1/3/2015

We were very pleased today with the quick response and good work Bill did for us. Our basement floor drain to the main sewer line had backed up. Bill was dispatched and got us up and running so we could shower and make it to the wedding we were scheduled to attend. He also recommended we schedule a camera inspection of the line to see if there is a greater problem down the line. more

Clogged drain pipe in basement for kitchen sink and dishwasher waste water. 10/27/2014

Chris Leon did the following: 1) Called 15 minutes before arriving 2) Provided a completely accurate, fair priced estimate 3) Worked safely and with minimal mess (on a DIRTY job!) 4) Was cordial and informative during the whole process 5) Finished relatively quickly unplugging a nasty blockage 6) Explained how to avoid this problem again by selling us a "plumbing safe" drain cleaner product and 7) Cleaned up and left after only about an hour on the job. I'd welcome him back the next time we have plumbing problems. more

I had KB Complete come out to fix my HVAC when it wasn't working - in Kansas City - in the summer - when it is hot. They came our the same day, diagnosed the problem and got everything back to working order in no time. They were prompt, professional and easy work with. Pricing was very fair. Honesty 5/8/2014

My blower fan was not working, and KB had just been out for our semi-annual checkup a few days before this. Robert from KB found out that a connection had been disconnected and not put back together correctly. He could have told me that there was a more serious problem, if he had not been honest. I really appreciate that. more

AC yearly contract maintainance 4/24/2014

Clifton called to let me know he was on his way. He checked on furnace/humidifier to make sure filter clean and water off. Did regular maintenance on AC, and gave me receipt listing items checked. Clifton also added AC drain plug in the floor drain. Clifton expedient, professional, and cordial. more
