LOVE KICKBOXING! It's a great, fun, and energizing workout. It burn tons of calories and you build up a good sweat. Every trainer has a positive attitude and motivates me to work harder. Also they just remodeled the building and it looks great! I LOVE KICKBOXING and so will you if you try it! The class can be modified if you have a physical limit or you can increase the intensity as your fitness improves
