Joining the ILKB "tribe" was the best decision I ever made! The classes are intense, but fun! The instructors are outstanding and will push you to your limit without overdoing. Since I joined in February 2015 I've lost nearly 20 pounds, gained muscle, increased my flexibility and feel better than I have in years! I think the sign of a great workout is when you feel better walking out the door than you did walking in, and that's exactly what happens every time I set foot in the building!
