We went to purchase a vehicle, we were told we could think about it overnight, the next we called to purchase the vehicle and they wanted to charge more from the quote we were given the night before. After haggling with Jay over the phone for several minutes he said he would honor the deal from the night before. Then they called us back and we were told the deal was off because someone else was there to purchase the car. Evidently Jay, Santana and his company’s word is completely worthless. Very unprofessional work of ethics. I would not recommend this place to anybody, not even my worst enemy. I give them NO stars. I asked to talk to the owner and they told me he wasn't there. Who knows they were telling the truth. Thank you guys for welcoming the new 2014 in such a grand way!!
