Very pleased with Dream Cars 3/23/2015

I bought a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer with the LT3 package two years ago and couldn't be happier. It is by far the best vehicle I have ever owned. Granted, the interest rate was stiff at 18% through GM Financial I am still driving it and have virtually zero problems with it. To be fair, my credit at the time wasn't too good as I had just come out of a divorce but they got me financed anyway. Everyone was polite and extremely professional through the entire buying process. I have nothing but good things to say about Dream Cars. If I hadn't moved back to Oklahoma in 2012 I would buy my next vehicle from them. more

Example: After they ran my credit yah they were willing to let me buy a car but not after they walked out of the office yelling at me across the room the one bad credit card I had on my credit history in front of EVERYONE!!!!! I was livid and left before I went off on someone! I ended up going to capital KIA and getting a brand new car instead. I urge anyone who is even thinking about visiting this place to not waste your time or money because you won't get what you deserve and they may even serve up some embaressment to you while they're at it. PLEASE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Example: I was simply following up with YOUR request! When you submitted your inquiry you agreed to receive emails so I was just doing my job and sending you the information YOU requested. Don't worry, there will be no more follow up. Have a great day. This finally after I was bombarded with 4 or 5 canned responses wanting more personal information. Then my inboxed was filled with another employee sending me emails asking for my number. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!!!! Apparently they will not leave you alone!!! more

Do not trust this company - Very unethical 1/3/2014

We went to purchase a vehicle, we were told we could think about it overnight, the next we called to purchase the vehicle and they wanted to charge more from the quote we were given the night before. After haggling with Jay over the phone for several minutes he said he would honor the deal from the night before. Then they called us back and we were told the deal was off because someone else was there to purchase the car. Evidently Jay, Santana and his company’s word is completely worthless. Very unprofessional work of ethics. I would not recommend this place to anybody, not even my worst enemy. I give them NO stars. I asked to talk to the owner and they told me he wasn't there. Who knows they were telling the truth. Thank you guys for welcoming the new 2014 in such a grand way!! more

Kudos 9/4/2013

I wrote a review earlier and realized I left out extending a well deserved pat on the back. I would like to recognize, Julian and Jennifer. Julian was the sales associate who took care of me wife. He didn't try to sell us a vehicle that would not be practicle. He asked what our price range was. He came up with a few cars. The first car (2012 Ford Focus) my wife fell in love with.Me and my wife's credit is in the toilet.. That didn't stop him. He busted his butt to make sure we got financed. Jennifer . I'm not sure of her title. I'm gonna say she's "the lady who facilitates the closing of the deal". Manager of that department. She took care of finalizing the deal. She explained everything in great detail. If we didn't understand something,she kept explaining till We did. A big heartfelt thank you to Jennifer and Julian . more

Best car buying experience 9/4/2013

I can't really so much more , without sounding like a broken record. Me and my wife's experience was great! The pickle commercial on TV that the owner does is a bit goofy,but its all serious at the dealership. There was a bit of a mixup with our down payment . A misunderstanding about the amount. It was their mixup. They freely admitted to it and took responsibility. Try finding that level of honesty at another car lot. My wife made the comment they appear more as a dealership than a preowned car lot. That fits. All the cars are pretty much new. If you don't like the price,say so. These people are open minded. If you're looking for a car,this don't have to be the first place you go,but when you get there it will be the last one you'll want to go to. There's a little something for everyone there more
