Brad was prompt. Came early in day so there was no waiting around the hoiuse. Very polite. Wore shoe covers when he came into the house, which I appreciate. Was honest about work needing done. Actually helpful, not pushy at all. I renewed my annual service and look forward do continue business with Air Genie.
