We purchaced this home back in October and the existing air conditioner was probably around 20 years old. I had already had been putting money into it since we got here. Without being pushy or assertive in any way, Jesus patiently showed me the interior of the system and everything that was either failing or about to (all of the components were soaked). So rather than continuing to throw good money after bad I decided to move on and proceed with getting a new system installed. So even though I'm Jewish I put my faith in Jesus.
