I bought a used CD from them. The CD received was damaged, so I returned it. Jelly's refused to refund me on the premise that they don't have to. So now they have the merchandise and my money. When I field a complaint with my bank to get the money back, these psychopaths contacted my employer and tried to get me fired from my job!! Yup, you read that right! They knew where I worked b/c in email correspondence with them, I used my work mail address. So they wrote a letter to my boss stating my behavior was unethical for trying to return the Cd and therefore I should be fired from my job.
If only I had read the poor customer service reviews before doing business with them. *sigh*
