I have had nothing but problems with this company since I signed a contract back in 08. They've lied to me(the owner), they've lied to my tenants, they've shorted me on my payments more than once, and they will not let me out of this contract with them. I never receive calls back from anyone and nobody there seems to have a clue what they are doing. The monthly statement are very confusing in format, so when I've called to question charges, even the bookkeeper can't figure out the statement. Do yourself a favor, stay as far away from this company as possible!!!
