If I could give it half a star I would. They don't care about the people they are serving. Everything about them is horrible. Please, please, don't rent from them. Maintenance is hardly listens to you, and sometimes they never show up to fix things. We stayed with them for two years, and it was the worst two years of our life. more

Horrible service-Go Elsewhere 8/13/2013

I have had nothing but problems with this company since I signed a contract back in 08. They've lied to me(the owner), they've lied to my tenants, they've shorted me on my payments more than once, and they will not let me out of this contract with them. I never receive calls back from anyone and nobody there seems to have a clue what they are doing. The monthly statement are very confusing in format, so when I've called to question charges, even the bookkeeper can't figure out the statement. Do yourself a favor, stay as far away from this company as possible!!! more

ok I have not been here that long and so far(hopefully never) had no problems and have not needed to talk to anyone. I did get and house to rent very fast after the paperwork and payments were made happy about that. Thank you more

helped us on a short time frame 5/24/2011

We needed a place to live in a quick-short timeframe and luckily found a place and got in with no problems. We were a little disappointed it took us about a week to get any water and when our hot water heated it took two weeks to fix. But overall it was a good experience and most of the staff was very friendly. more

Simple 4/13/2011

I have rented from them. I also no several people who use them for property management. If your like us, we needed to find a nice home affordable and a neighborhood our kids could play in. Sundance had the most selection of houses to rent or buy. Yes they have to do a back ground check yes they expect rent on time. Yes you pay a deposit. They also are the best rental agency and the largest in lawton. I give them 5 stars because how easy the company makes finding a new home and how easy it was when it came time to move away from lawton. There website made it easy for us to get an idea of rent prices house locations which made it very simple when we arrived in town. We went to there office which is located right off post we got a list of all the available rentals. We used gps to go look at the houses. Then went back to get keys to look at each one we really liked. We filled out our application reviewed there policys and before you knew it we where in a house. Simple. Stress free. more
