Although the management was very responsive during our stay in a CCL property, when we bought a home and had to break the lease early, they charged an unreasonable amount to re-rent the property. In addition to the advertising fee, the charge 1700 dollars for breaking the lease plus any rent until it is rented. The amount of this fee is not stated in the contract and we were blind sighted by the size of this fee. Thank you for making our home purchase a little less pleasant.
