We wanted to thank all of you for how great you have been through this process. Even though we were seeking to break our lease, everyone we have had contact with there has been very friendly and helpful. My wife and I were very nervous to begin this process and drew straws for who was going to contact you but we were pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much for making this as easy as possible and we do apologize for ending the lease early. more

Good service / rip off if you break lease 7/31/2013

Although the management was very responsive during our stay in a CCL property, when we bought a home and had to break the lease early, they charged an unreasonable amount to re-rent the property. In addition to the advertising fee, the charge 1700 dollars for breaking the lease plus any rent until it is rented. The amount of this fee is not stated in the contract and we were blind sighted by the size of this fee. Thank you for making our home purchase a little less pleasant. more
