I made an appointment with Sherry over a month for my whole family of 5, I was told that I had to split into two days so they could accommodate 5 people. My family and I arranged our schedule to be able to make the appointments. Sherry calls my phone 10 minutes before the appointment time and leaves a message canceling, however my wife and son are already in the office awaiting to see the dentist. My wife is informed that they can only see one person and there will be no cleanings because they are short staffed. I receive a call from my wife to inform me of the issue while she's in the office and I'm in route to the appointment. Sherry communicates to me that there are circumstances beyond her control and she will not be able to schedule us at all this week. I'm not sure what kind of Micky Mouse outfit these people are trying to run but it is clear that they are anything but professional and have no idea what customer service is, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
