Very dissappointed. Technician was unprofessional. Asked me for things. Came to repair appliance, called the manufacturer of the appliance, then told me the problem. Told me that the appliance needed two parts when manufacturer stated one part needed replace. After manufacturer agreed to pay for the service call, labor and parts, they declined to work on it and charged me a fee. Never again.
