Very dissappointed. Technician was unprofessional. Asked me for things. Came to repair appliance, called the manufacturer of the appliance, then told me the problem. Told me that the appliance needed two parts when manufacturer stated one part needed replace. After manufacturer agreed to pay for the service call, labor and parts, they declined to work on it and charged me a fee. Never again. more

Advantage Maytag Home Appliance was quick to respond and did so very professionally. My garbage disposal was acting up and they came out and fixed it the same day I called! I live in Collinsvilleand I will recommend this buisness to anyone needing assistance with their appliances. It`s so nice to have kind and knowledgable people to help you out! They also called to tell me they were on their way...which is was really helpful due to my busy schedule. They made it easy.
