Fitch came out for an electrical problem and could not diagnose the problem at that time but stated they would order a part thought to be the cause and return to replace it for no additional visit charge other than the part. Once the correct part was available they did replace it and charged over four times ($400+) above what the part could be purchased for amounting to $300+ labor profit( part cost less than $100) for a 30-45 minute visit on top of the originial $99 service charge while erroneously indicating that the part was very expensive (a total fib). I don't mind a company making a profit but this was over the top greed. Because of this I probably would not use them again and would recommend anyone that does so to get a hard estimate on any work they are going to do and do your homework ahead of time. They were punctual.
