Fitch Services

Had appointment with Fitch for an estimate on a plumbing issue. Technicians are dishonest and has no respect for other peoples time. Horrible customer service when I called to complain about a missed appointment. When I did call to possibly reschedule, the lady who answered the phone acted as if I were bothering her by calling. I was told that a service tech. tried knocking on my door during our scheduled appointment time but no one came to the door so they left. NO ONE even tried to make contact with me.... I decided that I did not feel comfortable having someone of that caliber in my home. I mean, if they lie about someone not coming to the door then what else would they lie about? You will be better off calling someone else who appreciates their customers. The good ole' honest folks at Fitch Services just don't seem to appreciate other peoples time. :) more

Fitch came out for an electrical problem and could not diagnose the problem at that time but stated they would order a part thought to be the cause and return to replace it for no additional visit charge other than the part. Once the correct part was available they did replace it and charged over four times ($400+) above what the part could be purchased for amounting to $300+ labor profit( part cost less than $100) for a 30-45 minute visit on top of the originial $99 service charge while erroneously indicating that the part was very expensive (a total fib). I don't mind a company making a profit but this was over the top greed. Because of this I probably would not use them again and would recommend anyone that does so to get a hard estimate on any work they are going to do and do your homework ahead of time. They were punctual. more

The technician, Alex, arrived in the time window given, to simply replace 1 light switch and 1 regular receptacle. I didn't feel uncomfortable letting him into my home and he was courteous, professional, and quick. I will definitely use them again. more
