I should have turn around when I entered the door. It took them 20 minute to acknowledge my presence. But I went a head and purchased a washer and dryer. They called to set up delivery and never once mentioned that they would only be delivering the dryer. So I decided to call the sales person to see what was going on. That was at 11am so at 3 pm I decided to call a manager. They transferred me to the south center office... I brought the item in Bellevue. I just wanted to seeing they could deliver after 4 on a Tuesday his reply was that he would have to charge me a $100. If I had known that they was only delivering the dryer only, i would have waited for them to be delivered at the same time, instead of wasting two days of my time and their deliver person time. more
