Excellent selection and great prices. Roberta was very helpful in navigating the many choices and making suggestions to ensure our selections met and exceeded our needs. Also very patient when i couldn't quite decide and kept changing my mind. Delivery was arranged promptly and was on time and effortless. Will definitely recommend Albert Lee and especially Roberta Schwimmer to friends and family who are looking to upgrade appliances KUDOS! more

The washer was not installed properly so the water was leaking causing a lot of damage. Customer service said we can't prove that this is thier installers fault anything so we can ....(go really far away) with our claims. more

I should have turn around when I entered the door. It took them 20 minute to acknowledge my presence. But I went a head and purchased a washer and dryer. They called to set up delivery and never once mentioned that they would only be delivering the dryer. So I decided to call the sales person to see what was going on. That was at 11am so at 3 pm I decided to call a manager. They transferred me to the south center office... I brought the item in Bellevue. I just wanted to seeing they could deliver after 4 on a Tuesday his reply was that he would have to charge me a $100. If I had known that they was only delivering the dryer only, i would have waited for them to be delivered at the same time, instead of wasting two days of my time and their deliver person time. more

I had to purchase appliances for a whole house as we are currently building a house. Living in Juneau, AK, these kinds of tasks can be very daunting. I visited the Tukwila store and was approached instantly by Jerry, who was very friendly, not pushy--especially not pushing the highest end items, which I was not interested in, listened to my desires and concerns, and knew the products well to answer all of my questions, even questions I didn't even know I would have. We wrapped up the experience in 2 hrs with follow-up emails that were informative and timely. The best experience I could dream of for a task I was dreading. Will refer anyone I know from Juneau to this store. PS: Albert Lee Appliances was recommended to me from a firend who did a remodel last yr here in Juneau. more

I purchased an entire kitchen full of appliances from Albert Lee because they did an amazing job installing a prior applicance i purchased from them. This time was a disappointment. Delivery was promised between 3:30-5:30...they arrived at 6:30. I had understood they would take the old dishwasher when they dropped the new one off but they said they could not disconnect it and just left the new one sitting in the middle of our kitchen until their install team could come --a week later. When i complained about this lack of service--i got an apology but this felt inadequate given the hassle. It also took over a month to get the refrigerator we ordered--though this was "the manufacturers fault..not albert lees" This time a disappointment. more

First time I had ever been to Albert Lee--the saleman was like a bad used car salesman. He was not helpful, indifferent, and we were purchasing seven high end applicnces. their policy of NO online prices is infuriating--its just a bad ploy to get you into the store---another customer was complaining to her salesman that she wanted them to match prices and they would NOT, even though she had it in print. She came up to us and said go to Best Buy if you are buying this washer/dryer because it is half the price--IT WAS!! and we bought it! Albert Lees prices are higher than everyone elses, so why people go there is a mystery to me. I have spoken to friends about Albert Lee, and all of them said they hated them and would never go there again--they also said their salesmen were like used car salesmen! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! We did. also--we own many rentals & buy alot of appliances=we are repeat, informed consumers-I do not know how they stay in business! more

My family has purchased from Albert Lee since the 30's, sorry to say that they have grown so much that they only seem interested in getting product out the door. Yes they have the knowledge, but they let everyone know how busy they are too. A little arrogant. more

Good: courteous customer service in placing the request for sending a service rep to repair oven. asked pertinent questions to identify the problem. Bad: service rep arrived and checked to see if what I stated was the problem was accurate by checking the oven. Determined I was correct and then said he would have to order the parts. and it would take 10 to 14 days and then they would have to reschedule.. Improvements: When a customer says what is potentially wrong bring the tools to determine if this is the problem and bring the supplies to fix it. Having to schedule 2 visits for one repair when I gave them the issues is not providing customer service. It is an abuse of warrenty service. Other: I have purchased appliances form Pickering which is not Albert Lee sine the late 1970's but I will never go to their store again. In this ecconomy they should be promoting customer service and they do not care about there customers. a rating of one star is being generous to their service department.. more

Do youself a favor and buy online. Once you've paid, they forget yuo and will not help with any issues. more

Beware. Once they have your money, they don't know you. We spent thousands here redoing our kitchen, but small problems took months to solve (incompletely). Do yourself a favor, browse here, then buy online. There is no advantage to buying from them. Any warranty service is not through them. We thought delivery service would be worth it. It wasn't. Use them if you enjoy high prices and frustrating service. more

My experience with Albert Lee was exactly as I was warned. They are happy to sell you appliances and collect your money, but once they get your money, they want nothing to do with you. They sent me damaged items and some of the items were wrong and not what I ordered. They would not return phone calls and when we did touch base they refused to take any returns or fix the damaged items despite them being still in the box. All I have to say here is - buyer beware. You better inspect your appliances throughly right away and deal with them immediately. Our salesman ordered the wrong item for us and then insisted that it was what I requested. They also would not take the item in return. I spent $25K there and let them know that I will never be back and my contractor also says that this is par for the course for them - he will never refer a client to them again. They understand this and dont care, which is a great example of how they value their customers. more

I just bought a couple of appliances at Albert Lee. The selection is great and I found that it was very affordable despite the prices being marked higher than the Lowe's or Home Depot prices. Albert Lee's prices are clearly marked with how much is included (for example, the range prices include delivery, installation, and hauling away old range, which, after the $70 price increase over Lowe's for the same item, was actually cheaper because Lowe's charges more for all of those things). They also carry more In-Stock than the big box stores for delivery that same week instead of the 2-3 weeks that Lowe's needs for many items. I didn't see any prices that didn't include delivery, so make sure to factor that part of the price into your selection, because most of the stores charge at least $65 for delivery or $140 for delivery and installation. Another big plus is that it's a local, family-owned store. They also just opened an Alderwood Mall location that has easy parking if downtown is a pain. more

Good selection. Not the best prices but good service and follow up. Purchased appliances for two kitchen remodels with Albert Lee over an 8 year period and never had a problem with them. We have also purchased appliances with other retailers around Seattle - both big box, and small retailer and would recommend Albert Lee over any of the others. more

Big showroom and good help. Sales went way out of their way to expedite product for us. The sold us with info, not a pitch. We unloaded our wallets and were happy. more
