DEFECTIVE ENGINE-TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION 2/28/2013

How can Michigan Motor Exchange claim that their work is done to the highest industry standards, that they have master mechanics doing professional work and claim that customer satisfaction is their number one priority...when they provided me with a defective engine? [cross contamination oil/coolant] How can these professionals miss bulletins on my engine? How can they claim that the oil in the coolant is rust? How can you deliver an engine with the coolant reservoir empty and tell the customer that it will not hold ANY LIQUID? It was full of oil/coolant sludge when I got it home. I was quoted a price that went up considerably. I was told that parts were good and the engine was running and sounded great. Then I was told that these parts were not good and it would cost more money. Ooops! I was given a timeline and it ended up with 5 1/2 weeks. I am over $9,000 in debt now because of this mess and I want a full refund for the defective work that y more
