How can Michigan Motor Exchange claim that their work is done to the highest industry standards, that they have master mechanics doing professional work and claim that customer satisfaction is their number one priority...when they provided me with a defective engine? [cross contamination oil/coolant] How can these professionals miss bulletins on my engine? How can they claim that the oil in the coolant is rust? Family, friends, neighbors, pro mechanics and the State of Michigan all recognized oil in the coolant and the defective workmanship. Michigan Motor Exchange had my truck three times and it was contaminated after each visit. After the third visit, they said that the engine ran fine and sounded fine and attributed the poor performance on everything but themselves. What do you want from a 2.8L engine? Then I was told that these parts were not good and it would cost more money. Ooops! I was given a timeline and it ended up with 5 1/2 weeks. I am over $9,000 in debt now because of this mess and I want a full refund for the defective work that y
