I have an appt scheduled for 5pm. I am still in the waiting room and it is exactly 6 50pm. I will be with the doctor for 5 minutes when I finally get back there. The front office girl doesn't care about anyone and takes her sweet time doing nothing. I also had to wait 2+ weeks for the doctor to respond to cvs to get my new meds. I had to make so many phone calls and was told something different every single time. Cvs said they had a different prescription called in by dr. Chua but then when I called their office they had said nobody called in that medication. I called again and again and then I was told that they did call in said medication. How hard is it to run a freaking tiny office in humboldt park? I am beyond furious.
