I have been about 1 month waiting for my designs. They add stuff I never asked for, and they didn't put on stuff I did ask for. They told me 2 days ago that my designs would be ready within a few hours but I still don't have them. That said, what I have seen of my designs is pretty good for the price. I did call today and threaten to have my credit card withhold payment, though.
