Quit working on my project and closed the file 11/10/2015

Things started off well. Good communication & response. After about the 4th revision, I gave them suggested color combinations I was looking for. That was the last I heard from them. The file was closed and I didn't receive a logo. That was over a year ago. I've tried contacting them several times via email and chat and each time I'm told my project contact person will get ahold of me but it never happens!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!! more

Logo bench is the most unprofessional company 8/5/2014

never completed website after requesting money back and zero customer service. I would not recommend this company. They where unreliable and used templates to create websites and logos. Loss $1,200 more

Worst customer service experience I had ever had / incomplete project 7/9/2014

Logobench upsold me on a website, responsive design,and social media profiles and never completed the project. It took them 4 months to not complete the website, which they tried to publish with huge unload able images and text in all caps. They purchased photos on my behalf without my permission. They couldn't make basic changes that I requested, they had people switch teams and quit without notification. I requested a refund to which they never responded to, I wrote their a Director of Business a development to try to complete the project and he never wrote me back. I had to hire a new developer to replace them since they couldn't finish the project...and my developer discovered that they were leaking access to other clients files through FTP access....their site says money back guarantee but they want been return my phone calls or emails. more

Working with LogoBench was pretty simple, streamline and the results were exactly what I hoped for. The creativity of their design and image arrangement was really impressive. I have used them for two sets of logos for my two separate businesses - I have recommended them to friends and colleagues :) more

I am really relieved to see such creative final logo designs. To be honest, I was very afraid and was worried about how the logo would turn out and do I get the money back if I did not like the logo. I was really struggling to complete my first logo. I stared it but was not able to finish it the way I wanted to and that’s where I needed the help of a professional service that can analyze my logo draft and make the possible changes, making it look attractive and eye catching. I have heard of the LogoBench services from word of mouth and it was no harm trying it out. Just after 2 and half week I was called with the completed design, I reviewed it and notice that except few minor changes to be done, everything is just perfect. It did not eradicate my original idea and also enhanced its creativity and imaginative standing. I really liked the service. more

I was flabbergasted when I heard that LogoBench is offering 3 logo designs for as low as $150. I first thought that only one would e a quality one and the rest would be just mediocre. However, the company proved me wrong and each logo was one of a kind. They explained me the concept behind each design so to help in my brand marketing process. The company really did a splendid job. Awesome! more

I’m never sloppy and careless with my decision regarding money spending and product purchase. I really stretched my hands West and East in order to locate the best company, not in their pricing but in their quality as well. My decision for choosing LogoBench was not based on Google’s 1st page or word of mouth. I believe in personal efforts and research. No surprise, I made the right choice. more

The Logo service worked with me and my business partner each step of the way. They made sure at each step that we were on the same page and know what exactly the other wants. For around $200 ... I did not expect this kind of individual service. In the end they had given us around 50 logos to choose from! more

When I decided to outsource my newly opened company’s logo, I barely had an idea of which name to pick among the hundreds. The choice selection process was simply based on Google search, pick ten names and see which offers the best price package. more

The first drafts I received gave me a good variety to choose from and one was almost spot on for what I was looking for. As for revisions I only needed a small change because the original design I received was almost right on for what I was looking for. more
