Recently hired a poor dental hygienist who is rude and condescending. Not very gentle either! At the end of my cleaning I felt humiliated and had been scolded for not flossing my teeth. Both the hygienist and Dr. Burgmeier were joking that my teeth could fall out!! Completely non professional! I left in tears. They lost our business that day... and my husband has been going to Dr. Burgmeier for 10 years. (Myself for 5) No value in customer loyalty that's for sure!
