Very Gentle yet Upbeat 6/27/2014

I loved this office! Never have I been explained to the importance of home care in such detail. They made me feel like they cared about me and my health and were very patient with my questions. Definitely would recommend this office and staff to anyone---knowledgable. more

Bad dental hygenist 2/23/2013

Recently hired a poor dental hygienist who is rude and condescending. Not very gentle either! At the end of my cleaning I felt humiliated and had been scolded for not flossing my teeth. Both the hygienist and Dr. Burgmeier were joking that my teeth could fall out!! Completely non professional! I left in tears. They lost our business that day... and my husband has been going to Dr. Burgmeier for 10 years. (Myself for 5) No value in customer loyalty that's for sure! more

Kids love their dentist 12/28/2005

The kids love their dentist Dr. Ron. He is very kid friendly and makes them feel at ease. He can do work on children's teeth that our other dentist would not touch. He takes a picture of every child that has no cavities. The kids love going to see the wall of pictures he has and pointing out faces they know. more
