Will T. came to check our heating systems. He also came to investigate why we have been experiencing trouble with one of our AC systems ever since another company replaced the furnace a few years ago. We had not had problems with the AC until after the other company replaced the furnace, so we have always suspected something went wrong during the installation. Will took his time and was very thorough in getting to the bottom of it. He has had training on the newer systems and the programming necessary to make them run properly and he determined adjustments were necessary to make our newer furnace interact better with our older AC system. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. He was careful to keep the carpet in the house clean. He is very conscientious and told me he will come back in the spring when it is warm so he can make sure the adjustments he made for our AC system are working the way he thinks they should.
The AirCon office staff are also great to work with. They are friendly and professional and call to let me know when Will or other technicians are on the way to our house. We started using AirCon earlier this year and we appreciate how professional everyone we have interacted with has conducted themselves.
