Jonathan was prompt and efficient. He even remembered how to navigate the house to locate the system, after being here in the Spring! He was kind, courteous, answered my questions and explained the paperwork. Air Con has been my heating and air conditioning provider for years and I am completely satisfied with the service. They keep in touch to book semi-annual check-ups, call to confirm as the date is approaching and call the day of service to inform me the technician (Jonathan) is on the way.
