Danny is awesome! We called him because we were having a problem with our hot water smelling like rotten eggs. He was able to identify the problem in less than five minutes. Since we are a doctors office, we can only access rooms while doctors are in between sessions. He was very patient having to wait to get into the room we needed so he could access the water heater, and waited again after that until our owner was available to explain what was going on to her. He could have easily asked one of our staff to pass on the information, or asked the owner to call him hen she could, but he did not. Instead he waited to tell her himself and in person.
Danny then scheduled a time he could come back and fix the problem with our water heater. The day he came back we were also having a problem with one of our toilets, which we asked him on the spot to look at as well. He did so with no problem, and luckily, it was something that only took a minute to fix so he did (with no additional charge). He then did what he needed to do with our water heater.
Overall, we are highly satisfied with the service we received. Danny was on time to both appointments, patient with us, had a very positive attitude (helped me find the water heater when I didn't know where it was), and solved our issue(s) in no time. The next time we need a plumber we will be calling Danny.
