I was very happy with your Service Specialist, Omar Castillo. He was very well mannered and personable. He explained very clearly the reasons why a couple of repairs needed to be made. I had complete confidence in his explanation and he did an excellent job completing the repairs. Should I need your services again, I would request him to be the service person.
