I have a very positive experience with Beutler Air Conditioning from the initial call to schedule an appointment to completion of the service request. Everyone was courteous and professional on the phone and in-person. Richard was the technician that came to my house this afternoon. His demeanor is professional, polite and courteous. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and the repair it needed at the most cost effective for me as the client. He ensures all ventilation outlets were checked and even took the time to change filter and a light bulb. I appreciated the great friendly & courteous service today. Mildred more

Bad company 12/12/2011

Quick to the point, my wife and I purchased a new home in 2004 and Beutler did all the installations. It turned out they didn't install the AC that we purchased and installed a significantly lower quality one. It took 3 years and I just happened upon my paperwork. They then wanted to replace it with one that was also lower quality than what we had purchased. After MONTHS of arguing they happened to "find" the correct one in their warehouse and came out and installed it with "oh your pipes may not be the right ones to run this type of coolant" and wanted us to pay to have them re-installed because of their mistake. We have been comfort club members but they don't even call to schedule yearly checkups. We are now having issues with our central VAC and they have no record of even doing the work. Previously as well they had no record of even doing our AC installation. I'm so glad I kept all the paperwork. We have spoken with serge one time and left several messages for him and he has yet to get back to us. The one time we did speak with him, he said he would send us the warranty information tomorrow. It is now two weeks later and still no warranty information. We called again today and they said that we were given all the information on move-in. I have all the information they gave us and that was not included. So we have to continue calling to get answers from this apparent GREAT company. They are TERRIBLE. Look at the sites, what review site doesn't have some complaints on a company? Yet miraculously on Citysearch all reviews are positive. hmmm… I also took a postive remark and pasted it into google and it came up exactly on 3 other sites including this one. They are deleting/removing the bad reviews and only posting the good ones and doing the same ones to multiple sites to make themselves look better. Check it out. more

impressed by your technician 7/28/2011

Several weeks ago i found it necessary to have a representative from your company come to my home to conduct an inspection on our Beutler SMART FAN. Although I have been remiss in not writing sooner, it has remained important for me to do so because I was so thoroughly impressed by your technician, Mr. Neil Chapman who came to my home. Mr. Chapman spent quite a bit of time evaluating my equipment and explaining to me the principle behind the smart fan system which, none of the other property inspectors were able to do when I purchased the home in April 2011. I felt Mr. Chapman was very thorough and personable and because of him, I purchased a one year service warranty with your company. While I have to admit I don't fully understand how the SMART-VENT works, I am confident that when I have my system serviced in the next fall for the semi-annual inspection, your company will take care of the equipment properly. I just wanted you to know that from my perspective as a homeowner for many years, I have rarely run across someone like Mr.Chapman. He displays a high degree of professionalism and is most definitely a credit to your company. more

refreshing to encounter someone who is technically competent 7/15/2011

I am writing to you to let you know how much I appreciate the careful, and thorough manner in which Blaine Scholin dealt with me during his service call on April 28th. He was very helpful in describing to me how the system works and how too get the most cooling power form the system. He was able to rectify a few potential problems and his work and customer service skills are definitely a credit to your organization. In this day and age it is very refreshing to encounter someone who is technically competent, and who is also able to gauge the needs of the customer so that later when my wife returned I was able to say, "Wow, Blaine, the guy from Beutler was fantastic!" Having been the director of two Mental Health Centers, if I had a staff person who could inspire that kind of confidence I would seriously consider ways to raise his salary. more

On Saturday, July 2, one of our technicians, Leonard Perez, came to our home to check our AC unit which was not working. Not only did he find the problem and resolve it, but he was extremely personable and answered all of our questions. Leonard is a very nice gentleman, very knowledgeable and an asset to your company.
