While the school is pretty good for obtaining an AA online, the Financial Aid department is absolutely terrible. The people working there are unprofessional and rude, not to mention incapable of doing their jobs. They don't check their fax machine or respond to emails or phone calls. Just about every single person I have ever met who has gone here has had problems with what may be the most important department in the school. Why have these people not been fired?
