I used to go to the gym every day and do the same cardio over and over but not see the results I wanted. I wanted to lift weights but I didn't know what to do and how to work the machines at a regular gym. Koko has made it simple by giving me a program to go by that involves no thinking. It gives you step by step strength training and i've really stuck with it because it's something new every time and never gets boring. I've never gotten such quick results and I feel great! Also, the staff is great and very helpful! If you are looking for a way to get fit I definitely recommend Koko! I love it!!
