First and foremost, there is huge communication problem. Let me statrt by saying I work for a huge company that uses their services for our large fleet. There has yet to be a time we do not return due to a problem that has not neen fixed the first time around. Because I'm an employee, im unsure if they charge the second time.Back to the communication issue... NOONE leaves notes for the next person explaining what has to be done! They use the lowest quality parts possible to give the customer a better price, thus returning later on to have it replaced again. I would recommend if you do go this company,do yourself a solid..... request a quality part!
