I dont like to get automated "friendly reminders" from my own doctors, let alone a practice we have never been to. I had never even heard of Capital Pediatric group until they texted me to confirm an appointment for someone else's child.
Today - Saturday afternoon they do the automated robot call. Very annoying. Even if I was a patient I wouldnt want this.
So I go to their site - and there's no obvious place to send an email back to them. So they just believe in one way technology?
If you are going to spam your customers with reminders at least get the phone number right.
