Dr. Patterson is one of the best physicians I have had the pleasure of calling my doctor. I have only had one issue with the front staff getting my appointment dates mixed up, which has been fixed due to a change in their scheduling software. The nurse is very direct. I can see how this can be mistaken for rude. She just needs information and is not the type to beat around the bush about it. Dealing with 20 years of consistent pain, never diagnosed correctly, Dr. Patterson resolved a simple deficiency that had been diagnosed by other physicians as depression, MS, fibromyalgia, etc. Cannot begin to express my gratitude!!!
