Love a Lady Dr. 3/28/2021

Upon a recommendation from a friend, i began seeing Dr Patterson 20 plus years ago. Her diagnostic skills are tops. She's also a good listener when I need to just talk a bit. She listens! After we talk about things, I have a clearer perspective. She encourages my well being and coping skills. I saw someone's comment about Kim. She is a plain spoken woman. Kinda bossy, I appreciate her professionalism, not wanting to get into our business or practice medicine. A Fine line for Nurses. I have found in relationships with medical professionals showing appreciation builds friendly relationships. he always asks about what's going on in my life and listens! more

Dr. Patterson and her nurse 12/16/2018

Have been going to Dr. Patterson about 8 yrs. Nice and thorough, front office staff nice but her nurse Kim has anger issues,mean and cold. Blood pressure goes up soon as i see the nurse. Don't know if worth dealing with that much longer. 60+ female more

Wonderful caring doctor and staff 1/17/2015

Dr. Patterson has been my doctor for fourteen years. She has seen me through small problems and serious ones. She takes her time to listen to you. Every doctor should have her bedside manner. Her staff is friendly and welcoming. I would recommend her to anyone. My body actually relaxes when I enter her office because I know I will be well taken care of Female, aged 63 more

Wonderful all around 8/13/2012

Dr. Patterson is one of the best physicians I have had the pleasure of calling my doctor. I have only had one issue with the front staff getting my appointment dates mixed up, which has been fixed due to a change in their scheduling software. The nurse is very direct. I can see how this can be mistaken for rude. She just needs information and is not the type to beat around the bush about it. Dealing with 20 years of consistent pain, never diagnosed correctly, Dr. Patterson resolved a simple deficiency that had been diagnosed by other physicians as depression, MS, fibromyalgia, etc. Cannot begin to express my gratitude!!! more

Wonderful doctor and the staff is very nice. 1/4/2012

Regarding the staff, they have always been helpful and I have never had an issue in the 6 years I have seen Dr Patterson. Dr Patterson is how every doctor should be...she is very knowledgeable and takes the time to talk with you and genuinely cares about your health. Her nurse Kim has always Been great as well. 45yr old male more

RUDE staff 1/24/2011

Dr. Patterson is a wonderful doctor, very knowledgeable, she discusses your diagnosis in detail, I would recommend her to EVERYONE. Her front office staff, is in serious need of replacement. They are rude and nosey. I am in the process of deciding if the doctor is worth the stress of dealing with her staff. more

Dr. Patterson is a wonderful doctor, very knowledgeable, she discusses your diagnosis in detail with you and takes time to listen and answer questions. The down side is her staff, they are not very helpful,and can be very rude. If Dr.Patterson was like her staff, I would find another doctor. So, if you can get past the rude, uncaring staff, Dr. Patterson is the doctor for you. more

Great Internal Medicine Doctor 4/6/2006

I've been going to Dr. Gabrielle J. Patterson for my annual physicals for four years now. Her office is conveniently located in a medical office building which is attached to the Richardson Regional Hospital. Also, there is a women's health center in the same office building if you need additional diagnostic tests. She is very patient about answering all my questions about diet or exercise or anything else. I am usually able to get an appointment within a week or two at most whenever I call. The nurses and receptionist have always been quite pleasant and professional, too. more
