Salesman seemed convincing and I gave a deposit. However, after reviewing paperwork, it did not seem complete. Also, I checked with town officials and they told me it woould take several months to determine if my project could be built. 50% chance it would be denied. Therefore, I cancelled project and requested refund. I was told it would take 2 weeks and have been waiting over 2 months. I called several times and never received a check for my deposit as of today.
