Purchased a sofa and the frame was faulty, middle wooden supports hung free with no support. I was told the sofa could be looked at and they would repair at our expense, later after taking photos for La-Z-Boy and having the sofa repaired,we were told a small amount would be allowed for next purchase and this was done by the owers of the store, not the La-Z-Boy company. Our family was hoping to add to the sofa, but the cost here is above other sites under La-Z-Boy. Bottom line, La-z-Boy needs to make amends for any faulty items, not the store owners,although, the amount for labor and repair would have been double what was offered for a return purchase under the same company name. I hope corners are not being cut with this well know name.
