I was robbed, verbally abused, scammed, he would not return phone calls, without my computer for more than 2 months, lost all my data, my laptop is useless, it wont ever turn on. PLEASE - pay the extra money and take it to Staples. He was beyond rude and I lost my puter, my files and my cash. this was my worst consumer experience. Im writing this so it does not happen to another person. He deserves a -10 Rating and then some.
