I was robbed, verbally abused, scammed, he would not return phone calls, without my computer for more than 2 months, lost all my data, my laptop is useless, it wont ever turn on. PLEASE - pay the extra money and take it to Staples. He was beyond rude and I lost my puter, my files and my cash. this was my worst consumer experience. Im writing this so it does not happen to another person. He deserves a -10 Rating and then some. more

    If your computer is acting strange in any manner, we offer a diagnostic service. Our technicians find the issue and give you a quote on the repair price. We offer diagnostic services for all PC's, laptops, custom machines and work stations. This diagnostic service is $35 (bench fee) and is waived in the repair bill if you choose to fix the machine. If your computer is unrepairable or will cost too much to fix, you can sell it to us for some extra cash.

    Virus Removal

    This process normally takes between 6-8 hours (depending on the computer and operating system). The fee for this process normally costs $250+ at most places like Best Buy. Our rates are the best around, feel free to compare our prices with the competition!
