Daniel was prompt and very attentive to my concerns regarding my tile flooring issue. It turns out that maybe there is some other reason as to why the "leaking" is happening. I'm going to observe the said areas over time and if the problem continues, then I will definitely have Daniel return to further assess the problem. I would recommend him for future work - very professional.
